We totally get it - sometimes things just don’t work out. Whether you ordered the wrong size, changed your mind, or the item wasn’t quite what you expected, we’re here to make the return process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

1. How Long You Have to Return Items
You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to let us know you’d like to return it. That gives you plenty of time to try it out, think it over, and decide if it’s right for you.

2. What Can Be Returned
To qualify for a return, your item should be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (like your receipt or order confirmation email)

3. Items We Can’t Take Back
We wish we could take everything back practical reasons some items are non-returnable. These include:

  • Clearance or final sale items

4. Refunds - How They Work
Once we get your return, we’ll check it over and let you know if it’s approved. If it is, we’ll process your refund right away. Note: Shipping costs aren’t refundable unless the return is because of our mistake.

 

5. Sending Your Return Back

  • You’ll be responsible for the shipping costs unless we’ve agreed otherwise.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service so you can keep an eye on your package.
