Terms & Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Boshgarmz website (boshgarmz.com) and the purchase of any products from us. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

Boshgarmz is an independent second-hand designer clothing retailer based in the United Kingdom, operating through boshgarmz.com. We specialise in pre-owned designer garments including Stone Island, C.P. Company, and other premium brands.

2. Our Products

2.1 Second-Hand & Pre-Owned Goods

All items sold by Boshgarmz are second-hand and pre-owned unless explicitly stated otherwise. As such:

• Items may show signs of prior use, including minor wear, fading, or imperfections.
• Any notable condition issues will be clearly described and/or photographed in the product listing.
• By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the pre-owned nature of the goods.

2.2 Authenticity

We take authenticity seriously. All items listed are, to the best of our knowledge and assessment, genuine products of the stated brand. We do not knowingly sell counterfeit goods. If you have any concerns about an item's authenticity after receiving it, please contact us immediately.

2.3 Sizing & Measurements

Sizes are listed as labelled on each garment. We strongly recommend checking the listed measurements before purchasing, as designer sizing can vary by brand, season, and era. We cannot accept returns based on size alone if the size was accurately described in the listing.

3. Ordering & Payment

3.1 Placing an Order

When you place an order on boshgarmz.com, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued promptly.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may vary for customers in other regions due to currency conversion and applicable local taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

3.3 Payment

We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Shop Pay, Maestro, Diners Club, Discover, Bancontact, and Union Pay. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We do not store your payment details.

4. Delivery

4.1 Shipping

We ship to the United Kingdom and across the European Union. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and on our Delivery page (boshgarmz.com/pages/delivery-boshgarmz).

4.2 Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days of payment confirmation. You will receive a dispatch notification with tracking information once your order has been sent.

4.3 Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs processing (for international orders), or circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

4.4 International Orders

For EU deliveries, import duties and taxes may be applicable depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your local customs regulations before ordering.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1 Your Right to Return

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item(s), for any reason, without needing to provide a justification.

To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery via boshgarmz.com/pages/contact, stating your order number and reason for return.

5.2 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Returned within 14 days of your return request being accepted.
• In the same condition as received — unworn (beyond trying on), with all original tags attached where applicable.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase.

5.3 Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty or not as described, return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

5.4 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 working days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrectly described.

5.5 Faulty or Misrepresented Items

If you receive an item that is significantly not as described, damaged in transit, or believed to be inauthentic, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will offer a full refund including return postage costs.

5.6 Non-Returnable Situations

We cannot accept returns where:

• The item has been worn, washed, or altered after receipt.
• Tags have been removed (where applicable).
• The return is initiated outside the 14-day window.
• The item condition or size was accurately described but did not meet personal preference.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on boshgarmz.com — including product photographs, descriptions, logos, and site design — is the property of Boshgarmz or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our prior written permission.

Brand names such as Stone Island, C.P. Company, Canada Goose, and Comme des Garcons are the trademarks of their respective owners. Their use on this site is solely for the purpose of accurately describing the goods being sold.

7. Liability

7.1 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boshgarmz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or purchase of our products.

7.2 Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

8. Privacy & Data

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at boshgarmz.com/policies/privacy-policy. By using our website and placing orders, you consent to the processing of your data as described therein.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our site or placing of orders after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
